Forest cabin
WHAT IT'S LIKE
Our forest cabin is a small house of 60 square meters, in the middle of our 2,5 hectare private forest. We live on the same property but our house is located 150 meters away from the cabin. You can see us passing by twice a day when we are taking care of the animals but besides that you will have all the privacy you want.
The cabin features:
- a living space with a dining table, wood stove and veranda with sitting area
- a kitchen with oven/microwave, coffee machine and electric kettle for your coffee and tea.
- a small bedroom with a double bed (possible to make 2 separate beds)
- a mezzanine above the living room, also with a double bed
- a small bathroom with a shower-with-a-view, a toilet and sink
- a good wifi connection
Heating is by woodstove only.
Rate: € 150 per night
AMENITIES
Easy & free Parking on Premises
Just park on our driveway, and walk 150 meters to the cabin.
Amidst the trees, among the animals
You'll enjoy them as much as they'll enjoy you.
Free wifi (or not)
We'll turn it off for you if that's what you prefer.
Pet friendly
Please reach out if you want to bring your dog. We have free-roaming animals and they have to feel and stay safe.
E-bikes for rent
Came by car but want to enjoy the scenery by bike? We've got two awesome e-bikes for rent! (€ 15/day per person).
Private Entrance
The whole cabin is yours. No one to disturb you.
HOUSE RULES
Out of respect for the animals on the premises, we ask that you don't prepare or consume meat or fish products or dishes in our cabin (you are of course free to do so when eating out). We can help you with product info, recipes, places to eat, or even have meals sent to your cabin. Our forest is a vulnerable nature area, and we strongly recommend you use bio-degradable products. We provide bio-degradable shampoo, shower gel and dishwasher detergent. We kindly ask you respect the environment. If you're looking for a place to party, this is not the place to be for you.

Even though we could only stay for one night, we had a feeling of being on vacation right away. We chose to spend the day hiking at Muziekbos, which was located at walking distance. Seeing the animals around the cabin carelessly walking by made us dream of a better world. Would love to return one day!
